  I purchased this product and when I opened the box there is no instruction manual and I have no idea how to operate it. Do I need water, does it need time to heat up or cool down.

  Faulty Warmer
  I can't seem to get my new Avent Bottle Warmer to warm up the bottles. Am I doing something wrong? I have followed the instructions of putting 1 oz of water in the warmer then adding the bottle of milk and set it to the right oz and temp. but nothing is warming up. I think I missed a step and I no longer have the manual.
