  ive had my mp3 player for almost 3 years now and a recently acquired problem has tormented me my mp3 the yp-u2j doesnt completely work with headphones.i stick in any pair of headphones and either one works if i mess with it a little or neither works.please help is their anything i can do because i love my samsung item and i believe your company has great products and is the leader in the technology business right now please help sincerely a loyal customer

  apparently i do not have all thee softwar for correct connect
  machine is not synching to allow 100% completion Please clarify the use of the MP3 player
