Can You Help With These Problems?

  Rear speakers barely audible
  My rear speakers are barely audible, even with the Fader setting on Max Rear. I've tried new speakers but same result. I suspect a wiring problem. Does anyone know the wire color coming out of the deck for the rear speakers? These aren't wired with a harness --each wire is connected separately.
