  Hold the SEL button down for a few seconds until the display changes. Hit the Rewind button to scroll through the items to adjust. Be patient, it's like the fifth item or so. Once it comes to Time-M turn the volume knob and the minute will start to adjust. Once where you have the minutes, go back to the rewind button and press it once until it changes to Time-H and then turn the volume knob again to adjust the hours. Once you are done, hit the SEL button again. You're done.
