Jensen Tools Car CD Player cd 311x a cd-515x

local station won't go off

this stereo was in my car when I bought it, it is missing the remote and it sometimes goes to full volume on it's own, the biggest issue is trying to figure out how to set the clock and get the loc station turned off, one day I started the car and it was off for about 2 weeks and now it's back on and I can't get it to go off!! thanks for all of anyones help who can help me. Jaydawg
