How do you put on a front wheel that has came off? I have the washer and the C type clip. I have no idea how to put that C type clip back on, does it require a special tool?

    look for a slot around the tip of the axil.place the open end of clip toward the ground in the slot and apply down pressure until it seats itself.A large set of channel locks does it very well.
