- Press & hold the CLK button for at least 2 sec. while the display is showing the time. The time indication will begin to blink (for 5 sec.). - Press the CT button while the time indication is blinking to set sec. to "0." - Press the H button to adjust the hrs while the time indication is blinking. - Press the M button to adjust the min. while the time indication is blinking; it will stop blinking 5 sec. after the last adjustment.
