I am trying to install a uv7i into a 1999 Chrysler...

I am trying to install a uv7i into a 1999 Chrysler Cirrus and I have matched all wire colors, but every time I try to plug the harness into the stereo it blows the fuse. Is this due to my ground or is it because there is something else wrong? I have grounded to three different places on the vehicle and still the same result. Any ideas??
