My 2 year old son shoved 3 coins in through the cassette flap and I don't know how to get the whole unit out to retrieve them! I have tried the 4 grub screws on the face plate and the thing didn't budge. Any help would be gratefully received. Cheers

0 The grub screws are added "security". If you remove those, you still need the pronged removal tool. I found a fairly cheap one on ebay. A lot of hassle for such a basic unit.
