Connecting a `Rover` branded CD player into a Classic Mini...

I have a Rover branded single disc CD player that I would like to install into my 1999 Rover Mini 40 LE. The CD player has a `BMW style` 17 pin plug on the rear. Can I get hold of a connector lead that will connect the unit into the standard pair of brown and black plugs in my wiring harness ??
