Manual Station Mode in Blaupunkit Grenoble RD 169...

Hi all , I would like to know , how to switch between automatic FM station tunning to manual Station tunning .I would like to listen song tuned by my ipod fm tuner , but not able to tune my audio device to desired frequency . The model I have Blaupunkit Grenoble RD 169 . Any help is appreciated . Regards Prasanna
