Error 12...

Hi, I have a Boss 630U but since few days when I try use the USB port or memory card port the stereo show me a legend "ERROR 12", please help me to repair this problem

1 Boss says to unhook your battery for 30 min to do a master reboot. If that doesn't work have to have service done.
