just bought a van with what i thought was a factor...

just bought a van with what i thought was a factory dvd player, turns out is is aftermarket ( boss BV8 5BA) picture works but i have no idea how to get sound. Im a self confessed newbie, any help would be appreciated . If it is wired to radio i cant get it working. The volume control on unit displays sound bar but....
