I have a 2005 Kia Sorrento since new (Perth Western Australia) and it had a replacement radio fitted under warranty, a Cadence am/fm cd audio system model ZCD 6704A Serial # EG07056110. My problem is Kia service did not give me the new pin code and a battery collapse requires a pin code to unlock radio? Kia service do not have any record of radio change out and the pin code they got does not work? can you help me out please, Keith Corker
