Clarion SRP1620M Tweeter Wiring...

I'm trying to install my Clarion SRP1620M in my car. The speaker works fine, i can't get the tweeter to run. The wiring diagram provided isn't quite clear on how I'm supposed to connect it to crossover network in order to get it to run
