0 Press d (disp) and hold down until clock appears then press ent your hr button will be flashing, turn dial to ddesired hr then press lever either up or down to set the min use the same dial you used to adjust the hour after you have time set press ent button again clock memo will appear then hit the d (disp) button to escape.
