I disconnected the battery to my car and now my ec...

I disconnected the battery to my car and now my eclipse dvd/cd/nav. system ucnv884re is now showing eject cd, eject dvd and open now thats all it is doing. There is the original nav. dvd in it, how do I correct the problem?. PS I am residing in Kingston Jamaica.
