I replaced an old battery on my VW Bora and now the car...

I replaced an old battery on my VW Bora and now the car radio (AVN1106d) is just showing EJECT CD,EJECT DVD and OPEN. What should I do to get it working again and change the language to English

0 i have replaced a new battery for my car and my eclipse  (ucnv884) is just showing eject cd, dvd and open. please help
