My Frigidaire FUZ5572FF frost free freezer keeps thawing...

My Frigidaire FUZ5572FF frost free freezer keeps thawing out. The red warning light comes on and all my food thaws out. If I switch the power off, leave it for a while then switch it on again it works ok again but about 10 days later the red light comes on again and it thaws out again. This has happened several times. Any solutions please?
