Our garland is from 1997.the piolet flame.is very ...

Our garland is from 1997.the piolet flame.is very high . And we can't find how to use the vents ( red knobs ) for top heat and bottom heat . The writeing has worn off underneath the knobs . I'm trying to find a manual on your site but No Luck .
