My car stereo is turned on but no display of any kind to say what is wrong with it. I cant use it. Red led light is constantly on.

5 Have you changed the battery or disconnected the battery at all or has it died? If so then the stereo is in "theft mode" it assumes that since power was cut, then the stereo is going to be stolen. You need to take it to a dealer and get them to put in the reset code. Or ask them really nicely and they may do it free. If its under warranty then they will do it no cost. You have to take it in to the dealer because they want to make sure the radio is not stolen before they reset it. Hope this helps. Good day!
