my Jensen VX7020 keeps changing channels and scann...

my Jensen VX7020 keeps changing channels and scanning all by it self and when i touch the display nothing happens, regardless of what i touch i get no response but the radio changes by it self. It is eight months pass warranty. What can the problem be.
