Question About JVC Car Stereo System KD-A815
buttons dont work...

So my jvc deck stopped working, it wouldn't turn on so I pressed the reset button and that seemed to make it work but the buttons won't work. I can't turn the volume up or down , I can't change the song or the source. Basically all the buttons don't work. Help!
