I would like to have my remote button work from th...

I would like to have my remote button work from the driver's position. The radio (KD-R620) is located on the far right side and the remote will not work unless I point it directly in front of the radio. What is necessary to be able to get a signal from/to the radio with the remote from the driver's side (on or near the steering wheel.
