im installing this stereo in my holiday trailer, which has a cassette deck currantly installed, that id like to keep. i spliced into the power, ground and front speaker wires to hook up the new cd deck. it seems to have power but none of the functions work and "protect" is flashing on the display. i tried to reset it but no change. how do i get rid of the "protect" warning?
