I have had my stereo lying in the garage for two years and when i put it in my car it only starts when you hit the "DISP" button, and then turns off after a few second, the display is showing the total time since the power source was connected and you can do nothing except eject the disc and put it back, i am very thankful for ideas regards Kristoffer Sweden
