How do I set the clock? I can set everything but the clock! Thanks

5 Push and hold the SEL button. Once demo shows release SEL and use the >>l and l>l or l

1 HOLD down the select button to get the clock option. If you just press it all other option will be available but the clock. How to change from H to M is another mystery
