When connecting the portable 2.5" HD to the USB source, error showing not able to read device. Verified with USB thumb drive and it works perfectly. Any firmware update needed for the player set to recognize portable HD ??? Has it got to do with HD driver missing ???? Hope to have the portable HD connected so that I can enjoy the storage capacity for videos & music. With USB thumb drive, limited video files can be stored. Appreciate yoru kind advice and solution for my problem. Thank you so much!
