0 The MV-P612U is a stereo mic so will need two XLRs. Looking at the pins on the short cable, going clockwise around from the locator are: audio R+, .V supply +, V supply -/gnd, audio L+, audio L-, audio R+. In the camera I stripped to discover this info, the supply voltage was 8v and the current draw was 14ma. I don't think that this mike can't be made to work from phantom power
