I have a kenwood DPX550 Stereo in my car with a 10 cd stacker unit. somehow a cd got stuck so I removed ithe unit from the plugs and managed to release the cd. Now that i have put it back it is not recognising the stacker. Stereo plays fine but cannot access the cds from the stacker unit. I have been told that it needs a code to reload the unit
