the system stops working. when I push the reset b...

the system stops working. when I push the reset button, the starting screen will appear, then change to a different screen and that's it; Nothing else at that point. can someone help. This Lanzar really sucks. I only used it for about 4 moins. Now I might have to buy a new radio system again.
