Can i set Magnadyne M9900CDS FM frequency from ODD...

Can i set Magnadyne M9900CDS FM frequency from ODD decimal to Even decimal. Originally, it jumps between 0.2 giving ODD decimal frequency. Can i set it as it jumps at 0.1 giving both Even & Odd decimal frequencies OR only Even frequency will also work like 94.6, 90.2, 100.0, 103.8 etc.
