fan goes off and on, light beside 30 amp fuse flashes as well, that's all it does

0 amp turns on in protect mode and the lights flash on and off a blink on than a blink off why cant i get power to the speakers it makes a sond when you touch the speaker wires to the speaker output terminals like its trying to put power to through the speakers but just makes a small thump and doesny have continuous power to the woofers what could be wrong here it keeps flashing the short light and there is no internal fuses something is not coordinating right with the amp and i dont know what anyone know????
