Question About Nextar Car Amplifier NCU103
sub woffer...

I want to hook up a sub woffer Does any one know if I need a powered one. I tried to hook up one from my old stero but no sound, Have voltage from the conector it veries from +.05v to +.7v and -.05 t0 .6v when measured with ohem meeter.
