I have a Visteon Satellite-Ready am/fm in dash six...

I have a Visteon Satellite-Ready am/fm in dash six CD Radio in my motor home. Whenever I put in a CD it gives me an error message calling it an improper CD. What am I doing wrong. (I've tried many CD's)
