My deh-245 model pioneer cd car stereo has stopped displaying the lights on the unit.How do you turn it back on?

5 You have a problem with your 12v in or your acc cord make sure that your wiring is correct. Do you have it spiced or a non cut harness? Make sure if it is spliced you have the proper connectors on it soldered together to prevent wires from slipping out of place. The good old twist and tape is not a secure method an thus when bass kicks threw time will olsen your wires. I had the opposite problem with my PAC interface cry. The box was rattled so it was half way plugged itln an my deck wouldn't turn off. Easy fix just make sure your colors are correct considering that some wiring harness have more then one of the same colors. Best bet Is look for the yellow one typically that's your 12v constant wire
