My faceplate won't stay on i took the face plate a...

My faceplate won't stay on i took the face plate and the part it connects to off. The spring on the back or whatever that let's the hooks come out has broken is there anyway of fixing that?

0 II super glued it. Each clip pocket then a stripe all round then slid into place.
