Hi I just bought a vehicle with a Roadview RC-10....

Hi I just bought a vehicle with a Roadview RC-10.4 that has no sound. I can't find a way to turn the sound on. The menu has a audio setup option but no way to access. Does it have to have a remote, we did not get one. Can we get one from you that will work with this model? Thank You
