My wife's car has PHILIPS ARC stereo unit. she has...

My wife's car has PHILIPS ARC stereo unit. she has accidentally touched a button [lower left-side] and cannot now "lock" her stations. Also, the car user handbook is no help as it features a different unit, so we have no 'troubleshooting ' pages. Can you please help? With thanks, Ralph Fraser
