Any buttons on the right-hand side of screen (like, the + or - zoom button for the map, or the ok button on the lower right) will not work no matter how hard or gently they are pressed. Also, when operating the unit in warm weather, the nav system gives a blank screen saying "please insert appropriate disk". When operating the unit in cool weather the nav system displays fine.
