It plays for a few days until i decided to preset my stations from FM and customize my sound. It happened. Everything works eccept the AM/FM sound does not come out. I even reset the radio to factory settings. nothing, yesterday I updated the software to see if it will work. Nothing. can you tell me what to do please.
