How to wire a head unit with a 5.1 surround sound system...

I have a 5.1 surround sound system in my vehicle and would like to change the head unit, while still retaining my 5.1 capability. I intend on upgrading to an amplifier for the front/rear doors as well as a small sub. How do I wire in the centre channel into a system like this? Help.
