Just put it back in my truck and nothing works . I...

Just put it back in my truck and nothing works . It will accept a cd spin it for 10- 20 seconds then ejects. Can turn on the clock but can't set it , no other buttons seem to work .So is there a reset or did I let the magic smoke out ?
