1 I'm having the same problem with a PLCD15MR. I returned the first one (bought it from Amazon) but I can't make the second one turn on either. Directly wired to a fully charged 12 volt battery. Tried everything I can think of. Seems like I'm missing something simple, like removing a piece of packing tape that prevents power connection. Very frustrating. Owners manual is useless and obviously written by a non-english speaking person.
