my pyle pld7mu radio ....i just installed it in my...

my pyle pld7mu radio ....i just installed it in my car and right off the back it started flashing the word car .when i press source it just frys like a dead radio station i pulled it back out to double check my work and its flawless.... what it wrong with it.
