Question About RCA Car Video System None

Hi: I record on a regular basis, and now when I try to replay the program the tapes are so jerky and unintelligable they cannot not be viewed. I have tried 3 different tapes so know it is not the tapes. Do think a head cleaner issue or the machine is just had it Thanks for your help and Merry Christmas ! Vella Thanks, Vella
