Question About RCA Car Video System None
hooking up power source....

when I hook up the power source of the monitor. it goes white blank. but all the power sources only give me 9.8 volts. this is comming from all of the power points of the vehicle. If I hook it up to a battery (12.42 volts) they work fine. Is there any other way of hooking up the power source without running all the way from the battire?
