My sel, T-menu, 4, 5 and 6 buttons are not doing a...

My sel, T-menu, 4, 5 and 6 buttons are not doing anything when pressed. All other buttons work fine. This radio came with the car when I bought it so I have no remote for it either. Does anyone know what may be the problem?

0 Hi, I have read the manual and there is no troubleshoot guide. everything else works fine apart from the above buttons!
