CD COME BACK ERROR...

MANY TIMES I TRY 2 PLAY A CD COME BACK ERROR 9 OUT OF TEN TRY AND EVEN THE CD WAS PLAYING I SHUT OF THE CAR AND WHEN I TURN ON THE CAR BACK THE CD COME BACK ERROR AND I HAVE TO TRY ANOTHER NINE TIMES FOR IT TO PLAY AGAIN WHAT CAUSE THAT AND HOW DO I FIX IT PLEASE
