the display no longer works, but the blue lights behind/around the buttons still work, and the stereo itself functions fine, if i guess my way through buttons and sequences etc. it's been like this for a couple days, in case it helps, due to a heavy object in the front seat slamming into the dash when a cat ran across the road and i slammed on my brakes. immediately after, the stereo smelled like electrical burning, and for quite some time. however after thoroughly inspecting the unit we can find nothing wrong with it. help!
